Use of services
Services and products must be used lawfully and responsibly. Misuse, abuse, or interference with systems may result in restricted access or termination.
Project work
Project scope, delivery timing, support, and pricing are defined by individual agreement. Estimates are provided in good faith but may change if requirements materially change.
Availability
Reasonable effort is made to keep services stable and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or project work.
Changes
These terms may be updated as services evolve. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
